About The Training House
The Training House offers high quality training courses to the public, private and voluntary sectors. Since 2000 we have worked with a total of 51 different organisations.
We deliver training on a diverse range of topics. All our training is tailor made to suit your organisation. Our main course areas are listed on the left hand side of the screen. Click on any area for further information about the kind of training we offer.
We usually deliver training on your premises for groups of up to 16 people. The cost of the training varies as we have a sliding scale for registered charities so please contact us for a quote.
Our Core Values
Although we offer a wide range of courses, they are all united by a common approach. This is underpinned by the following core values which are embedded into our training:
- Principles of equality and diversity which are reflected in course design as well as being modelled and promoted by our trainers
- Valuing the individual - everyone in an organisation, regardless of their role or position, is valued equally as a participant on our training
Our training reflects these values, through the use of experiential and participatory methods.
